Collaborates and works effectively with others in the Claim Legal organization, and with Claim, Underwriting, and other areas of the company, to achieve results and to identify and resolve issues.  Communicates effectively with clients, exhibiting strong verbal and written communication skills.  Provides legal updates to clients on case law and legislative developments.
