This position oversees all actuarial functions including pricing/ratemaking, reserving, financial modeling & forecasting and will be an integral part of the strategies and execution that are needed for each to achieve the company objectives for profitability and growth. This position will also require innovative thinking and leadership driving the latest actuarial and product approaches as well as drive the strategic vision to leverage data, information, foundational analytics as well as analytic tools/applications for optimal business processing and critical decision making.  This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Personal Insurance Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI&A) and will lead a staff of approximately 25 people.<br><br><br><br>This role will be part of the Personal Insurance BI&A senior team while being accountable for leading, managing, mentoring, and developing the teams responsible for creating an information and business intelligence advantage for the Personal Insurance organization.<br><br><br><br>This person will develop a strategic plan, including business initiatives, analytic tools and insights as well as technical investments.
