Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range
$117,200.00 – $193,400.00

In Enterprise Risk Management we employ bespoke analytical approaches to deliver actionable risk insights that shape and drive our business strategies and enhance our business resilience. As a Sr. Manager on our Enterprise Risk Management team you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business. This motivated individual will not only be instrumental in parameterizing various components of our capital model, analyzing and reviewing model outputs, and developing profitability targets for our business, but they will serve as a subject matter expert in the areas of ERM and risk modeling. In this position you will gain exposure to catastrophe, large loss, and attritional loss modeling, as well as economic, reinsurance, and reserve risk modeling. ERM offers a dynamic environment that blends deep analytical expertise with strategic influence, making it an ideal space to develop and implement impactful risk management solutions. This role will be responsible for:
•Leading the parameterization efforts of various components of the capital model
•Analyzing model outputs, interpreting risk metrics, and developing profitability targets for multiple lines of business
•Providing actuarial support for model version updates and enhancements, including those of the ROE model
•Performing analyses of key risk factors to optimize risk-adjusted returns and support the company’s target financial performance
•Contributing to innovative projects aimed at enhancing the company’s overall risk framework, providing insights that drive business success in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment
•Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Actuarial & Analytics, Enterprise Catastrophe, Reinsurance, and Finance, to deliver on key initiatives
