Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

$36,300.00 – $60,000.00

What Is the Opportunity?
Do you have a strong desire to help others? Can you provide a superior customer experience while maintaining a high level of professionalism and productivity? As the first contact for customers, agents, brokers and/or internal business partners, the Operations Customer Service team at Travelers play a key role in providing a positive experience. In the role of Customer Service Associate, you will handle a high volume of customer inquiries, primarily via inbound calls, in an accurate and efficient manner while demonstrating empathy and resolving their needs. As you expand your communication, technical, and business knowledge you will have the opportunity to grow your career at Travelers. As part of the hiring process, this position requires the completion of an online pre-employment assessment. Schedule:
• February 24, 2025 Start date – Schedule is 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Training – We invest in your future!
• The first 12 weeks consists of paid, on-the-job training (Monday-Friday) to prepare you for success in your Customer Service role.
• Following training, the schedule will remain the same and you will support rotating weekends which consists of a Saturday every 5/6 weeks.
• This is an in-office position that offers a hybrid work schedule.
Pay Details:
• This position offers a starting base salary:
*Queensbury, NY/Glens Falls, NY; $43,000, PLUS the opportunity to earn monthly incentive based on performance.
• Eligible for Full Benefits on Day One of employment.
