United by Our Commitment, Strengthened by Our Differences.

Together, we embrace the power of our differences to continue fostering an inclusive culture where voices are heard and experiences are valued.

Our employees’ unique ideas and perspectives make us stronger and help drive our success. We are committed to hiring, developing and supporting the very best talent from all backgrounds, geographies and experiences.

Building connections through shared experiences

All employees are welcome to join any of our 10 Diversity Networks (DNs). With more than 13,000 members, DNs celebrate culture and communities, and they create spaces for all employees through powerful forums for dialogue and support. Our DN members give back and get back – making a lasting impact on Travelers and their careers.

Allies help build a sense of belonging at Travelers by actively investing in others’ success through advocacy, support and increasing cultural competency. That’s why the word “Allies” is embedded in the names of all our DNs – to reflect their important role in our networks’ efforts to help shape our culture.

I have never worked at a company that encourages their employees to share about themselves at work, promotes awareness and allows us to celebrate each other as Travelers does.

Not a day goes by where there hasn’t been something new to learn and a team of leaders who support education along the way.

I have, over the years, found myself gravitating to opportunities for enriching the communities I am part of – whether in the teams I am part of at work, or in the non-profit organizations I volunteer with. I get a sense of satisfaction in learning from and sharing with others in the quest for making communities better.
