After an offer has been made, you will be asked to complete the required components of our background check, which depend on your role and location.
Our onboarding process
If you accept the offer to join us at Travelers, you will receive a welcome call or email to begin our onboarding process.
Step 1
Work with your recruiter to determine your start date.
Step 2
Receive a welcome email that provides more information about working at Travelers. Closer to your start date, look out for a welcome package from Travelers.
Step 3
Your recruiter and new manager will help you through your onboarding process.
