Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range
$105,900.00 – $174,800.00

What Is the Opportunity?
Join us as the Director, Business Delivery – Claim and champion transformative initiatives shaping Straight Through Processing (STP) strategies. As a collaborative leader, you will translate high-level business aspirations into tangible outcomes, driving automation, self-service solutions, and digital capabilities within Claim. Collaborating closely with technology leaders, you will forge strong partnerships to identify and deliver innovative business solutions and operational efficiency.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to champion multi-year aspirational goals and translating them into actionable business plans. You’ll lead the definition of crucial capabilities, crafting epics that align with our strategic objectives across multiple Value Streams. Throughout the execution phase, you’ll remain at the forefront, ensuring seamless alignment between business vision and technological implementation.
