Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range
$59,800.00 – $98,700.00

What Is the Opportunity?
The intent of this position is to provide our internal employees, 2024 Travelers Summer Interns and Summer Students the ability to apply to our 2025 Full-time opportunities. Applications outside of this audience will not be considered at this time. However, for additional positions posted at a later date we encourage anyone who was not an internal employee, Summer Intern or Summer Student between June 2024-August 2024 to apply at that time.

This three-year rotational program is designed to grow and develop your human resources and self-leadership skills. Each rotation will consist of a combination of hands-on experience, access to a robust HR curriculum, and a formal mentoring program to prepare you for a dynamic career. You will have the opportunity to explore multiple functions of human resources while learning from different leaders within Travelers. As a HRLDP participant, you will model the way for others and set a personal example of what is expected. You will be expected to positively challenge processes and identify new and innovative ways to get work done more effectively and efficiently. You will be expected to take initiative, embrace change, actively listen to and support diverse points of view and celebrate the success of others.
