Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range
$91,200.00 – $150,500.00

What Is the Opportunity?
At Travelers, we ensure the data supporting the company’s internal and external financial reporting is accurately defined, controlled, and processed through financial systems in the most effective way to support the organization. As a Manager, Accounting, you will provide subject matter expertise on evaluation and implementation of system enhancements, new and changing business requirements, such as organizational changes and mergers and acquisitions. Partnering closely with business peers, Technology, and Operational areas, you will define, test, and implement updates across all systems to meet the changing business and technology needs. You will provide guidance and information to your assigned customers on a majority of different and complex topics. You will manage and guide two direct reports by setting work objectives, providing coaching, training, and mentoring, and handling management tasks such as performance reviews, career development, and talent acquisition
