Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range
$135,700.00 – $223,900.00

What Is the Opportunity?
Travelers is seeking a Sr. Dir, Delivery Lead to join our organization as we grow and transform our Agile landscape. In this position, you will leverage your expertise to lead and influence Agile practices at the Value Stream or Program level for initiatives with the highest complexity. The Sr Dir, Delivery Lead is accountable for the execution of the Program Increment (PI) plan for a Value Stream or the largest/most complex Circles or programs, partnering with multiple stakeholders across lines of business to deliver a portfolio of solutions and capabilities with responsiveness/speed to market, efficiency, predictability, and quality. You will optimize the flow of work and help the Value Stream/Program creatively solve problems to accomplish outcomes by bringing visibility (KPIs, Metrics, Dashboards, etc.,) and championing continuous improvement. This role may manage others.
