In 2024, we contributed more than $24 million to the communities where we live and work, for a total of more than $237 million over the past decade.

But it’s more than financial contributions. Our employees are strong corporate citizens and valuable assets to their hometowns. Collectively our employees contribute thousands of hours each year of their time toward important causes. Each employee works directly with their manager to balance volunteering with their job responsibilities.

And we do what we can to support our employees’ community initiatives. In 2024, employees raised more than $950,000 through our Community Connections Campaign, which supported United Way and its partner organizations across the country. They also donated or directed more than $4 million through our matching gift and volunteer rewards programs.
